NU Energy Solutions Private Ltd. (NESPL) is setup with the aim of undertaking energy audit in Industrial and commercial space. Therefore, it is incorporated as a Private Ltd. company setup under Companies Act of India, 1956 with its registered office at B-209, IFCI Colony, Pashchim Vihar, New Delhi-63. NESPL is focused on tapping the vast and nascent energy efficiency domain which is largely unattended. It plans to deliver energy audit services to the existing and upcoming buildings viz. government offices, educational institutes, industrial buildings, commercial buildings and hospitals and will give them advice regarding minimizing the total energy consumption of its customers, finally aiding them to enjoy cost reduction.
The company has proposed to limit itself to a service based offering to its customers. Hence, as an Energy Servicing Company (ESCO), NESPL has applied for membership with Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE) and certification as an ISO 9001:2009 Company by ISO.
